Built in 2012 as just one of nine semi-custom homes in bothell, WA, this energy efficient, technologically forward and 5-Star Built Green Home was designed by Si and Dara Ith. As designers their goal is to build with sustainability zero environmental impact and has brought down the cost of owing a 5-Star Built Green Home with the Trilium Nine semi-custom homes.

In 2007 Utopia Designs + Development collaborated with Interior Designer Robin Chell, creating a modern home in the neighborhood of Magnolia. Sitting atop a hill with views of Seattles skyline, Mount Rainier and Elliot Bay this high end residential build was created to embrace the panoramic views of its surround. With custom finishes and eco-friednly details this home was buillt to last and transcends the expected in new construction homes today.
