With a fresh modern design we developed Studio 85th as a Mult-Family and Commercial Retail Building. An unprecedentedly energy efficient "4 Star Built Green" endeavor with nature-inspired finishes and an emphasis on natural light, is aiding in the regrowth of the surrounding neighborhood located in Greenwood, Seattle.  

 

The designers focused on the details of each interior space and how people would interact with these micro living urban studios.
